  • What is breathwork and how does it work?

    Breathwork is a powerful healing practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to help you connect your mind, body, and soul. It’s a way of turning inward — using your breath to quiet the mind, release stuck energy, and access deeper layers of emotion and clarity.


    In our sessions, you’ll be gently guided through a three-stage journey, supported by music, movement, and intuitive facilitation. Each session begins with you lying down in a comfortable space. From there, your breath becomes the bridge to deep release and reconnection.


    The 3 Stages of the Journey


    Stage 1: Ground & Relax

    We begin by slowing everything down. With calming music and gentle guidance, you'll relax your body and begin to bring awareness to your breath. This stage helps you shift out of your thinking mind and into your body, creating a safe space to connect with yourself.


    Stage 2: Activate & Release

    In this more intense phase, we increase the pace and depth of the breath. The music becomes more powerful to support emotional and energetic release. This is where the breakthrough happens — a space where you can let go of old patterns, stress, tension, and emotions you've been holding onto. It's a powerful reset for your entire system.


    Stage 3: Integrate & Connect to Heart

    We gently slow the breath and music again, guiding you into a state of stillness and heart-connection. This final stage brings deep peace, clarity, and emotional integration — allowing your body and soul to absorb the shift you’ve just experienced.

Each technique serves different purposes, such as relaxation, focus or energising the body. It’s important to explore methods that suit your personal goals and comfort level.

  • Is breathwork suitable for everyone?

    While breathwork is a powerful and healing practice, it may not be suitable for everyone.


    Please do not participate in a breathwork session if you are:


    • Pregnant
    • Struggling with serious respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD)
    • Living with cardiovascular concerns (e.g., high blood pressure, heart disease)
    • Currently navigating active drug or alcohol addiction

Breakthrough Breathwork & Movement is a powerful fusion of conscious breath, intuitive movement, and deep inner work. This is not just breathwork — it’s a transformational experience that helps you clear what you're ready to release, rather than what your mind thinks you should let go of.

This unique method was passed down to me by my Swedish grandmother, a breathwork facilitator with over 30 years of experience. Her teachings, combined with my formal training and certification, have shaped a grounded, heart-centered approach to healing that meets you where you are.

  • Please abstain from drugs or alcohol for at least 24 hours before your session — and ideally a few days after, to allow full integration

Breathwork saved my life 22 years ago; I’m grateful and honored to have learned this technique and practice from my own grandmother, who has been an instructor for almost 30 years.


A while back, I went away to the snowy mountains to learn more, get certified and go as deep as I could possibly go to share this experience with you all. I have now put together my own unique touch to this, mixing old with new to help you get the most out of my sessions.
